At the end of the 19th century, Lehmann Farms began by cultivating mushrooms in the historic Wabasha Caves in St. Paul, Minnesota. While we can neither confirm nor deny the rumors, some say the Lehman family ran a popular speakeasy in the caves, attracting well-known gangsters and entertainers. While quite a bit has changed since our early days (today we avoid gangsters whenever possible), one thing remains the same: our commitment to rewarding discerning tastes with the finest in gourmet foods, hand-selected from around the world.
