Golden OREO Gingerbread Cookie Balls

36 Golden Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 bag (12 oz) white baking chips, melted

Directions
- Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs, molasses, and spices until blended. Shape into 48, 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate by preferred method. Dip cookie balls turning to evenly coat all sides. Return to baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in the fridge.
