6 oz Hershey's Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
1/2 cup (1 stick) stick of unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa, for dusting ramekins
Directions
  • Combine the chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter in a heat-safe bowl set over a pan of
  • In a separate bowl, combine sugar, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, and vanilla. Whisk or beat with a mixer until pale and foamy, about 2 minutes. Whisk in the flour and salt until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture and stir gently until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are puffed but the center is soft.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit, ice cream, or whipped cream,
