Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons tequila blanco
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 red hot chile, finely chopped
Directions
  1. In a bowl, stir together the butter, tequila, cilantro, lime juice and zest and chile until well blended.
  2. Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, form into a log and wrap well. Chill for at least 3 hours before using.
