Southern Chopped Salad with Creamy Pickle Dressing

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Claussen Pickle brine
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ cup Claussen Dill Pickles, chopped
1 package (10 oz) spring mix salad greens
4 oz ham (3/4 cup), diced
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (3/4 cup), cubed
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill
Directions
- In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, pickle juice, sugar and pepper. Stir in pickles.
- Add mixed greens to dressing and toss to coat. Transfer to platter or individual plates. Top with ham, cheese, onions, radishes and dill.
