Ingredients
4 packages Essential EverydayⓇ Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1½ cups milk or preferred unsweetened nondairy milk, plus more for serving
1 tart red apple, cored and diced
½ cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl stir to combine oatmeal, spices, and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Scrape oatmeal into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm. Serve in bowls topped with a little more milk, apples, and pecans.
