1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup almond milk, or milk of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 tablespoon honey
pinch of cloves
Directions
  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice. Stir in milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
  • Layer with yogurt and almonds. Drizzle honey on top and refrigerate overnight. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder.
  • Rise, shine and enjoy. Best to eat within 24 hours.
