Frozen Grape and Banana Skewers with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients
2 firm ripe bananas
2 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup red California grapes
1/2 cup green California grapes
8 10-inch wooden skewers
1 1/2 ounces dark chocolate
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Cut bananas into 1/2-inch rounds and toss gently with the orange juice. Skewer fruit, alternating two grapes for each piece of banana and place on sheet.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate and place in a small glass bowl and microwave 1 minute; stir well and add 10 seconds if necessary. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the fruit skewers.
  3. Freeze for two hours. Once frozen, skewers may be transferred to a sealable plastic bag where they will keep in the freezer for up to a week.
