Frosted Flake Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Frosted Flakes
1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
Directions
  1. Grease muffin tin. Set aside. Pour Frosted Flakes into a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a medium pot over medium heat, stir together sugar and corn syrup until fully incorporated. Remove from heat when mixture starts to bubble and stir in peanut butter.
  3. Pour hot mixture over Frosted Flakes in large bowl and mix well. Firmly press about 1/3 cup cereal mixture into each muffin cup. Cool until firm (about an hour).
  4. Transfer to cupcake liners and pipe icing on each cupcake; finish with sprinkles. Store loosely covered.
