Easy Chocolate Molten Cake

Ingredients
2/3 cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chips
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 package Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Prepare 8 six oz. ramekins or oven safe custard cups by lightly greasing with non-stick cooking spray.
- For Filling: Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. Heat whipping cream just until low boil and pour over chips. Stir until chocolate chips have melted and mixture is smooth. Place in refrigerator until firm.
- For Cake: In medium bowl stir together brownie mix, water, oil and egg until blended. Divide half the batter evenly into prepared ramekins. Spoon rounded table- spoon of filling gently over batter in each ramekin. Spoon remaining batter over filling.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
