4 Bushel Boy Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup blue cheese dressing
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cut each tomato into 8 wedges, leaving them attached at the base; fan out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with shredded lettuce, dressing and bacon.
