Our solera fifteen. This warm and spicy single malt is matured for 15 years in Bourbon, New Oak and sherry casks before harmonising in our unique solera vat. Halt Master Brian Kinsman. Inspired by Spanish sherry bodegas, we marry, mellow and intensify our malts in large oak Solera vats to create deeper, warmer flavours. Never emptied, they host an infinity of malts, for complexity and harmony. Valley of the Deer: Glenfiddich means valley of deer in Gaelic; a Scottish valley perfect for making malts. Robbie Dhu spring water flows here, adding freshness, the backbone of our whisky. The cool microclimate ages our malts slower bringing depth and smoothness. Skillfully crafted, drink responsibly.
