Ingredients
1/2 cup regular or light mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (20oz) package raw chicken tenders
2 cups pretzels, finely crushed to make about 1 cup
1 (28oz) can Saucy Spoon Sweet Hickory Baked Beans
Directions
  1. In a shallow bowl whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, mustard, parsley and salt. Reserve ¾ cup to use for dipping and refrigerate until ready to serve. Place remaining mayonnaise mixture in a shallow bowl.
  2. Meanwhile preheat air fryer to 360°F. In a second shallow bowl or plate, place pretzels. Dip chicken tenders into mayonnaise mixture, draining excess against side of bowl. Then dip in pretzels, lightly coating both sides of chicken. Place chicken on a plate. Repeat until all the chicken has been breaded.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer in a single layer, leaving some space around each tender. Cook chicken in batches if it doesn’t all fit. Air fry for 12 to 16 minutes or until chicken is cooked through to at least 165°F. Remove chicken to a serving plate. In a saucepan or microwave-safe container heat beans covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
