Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef (chuck, 85% lean) or turkey
1 cup spiced tomato juice
3/4 cup quick oats (not instant)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slices bacon (not thick-cut)
1 (28oz) can Saucy Spoon Jalapeño & Bourbon Baked Beans
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, tomato juice, oats, egg, onion, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Form into six oval shaped loaves. Wrap each loaf with one slice bacon.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes. Place meatloaves in a single layer in air fryer, leaving some space around each loaf. Cook meat loaves in batches if they don’t all fit. Air fry for 8 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl stir together ketchup, honey and mustard. Brush over meatloaves. Increase temperature to 400°F and air fry an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until meatloaves are cooked through and internal temperature is at least 165°F. Using a spatula, carefully remove to serving platter.
  4. In a saucepan or microwave-safe container, heat beans covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Serve meatloaves with baked beans. 

Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Place meatloaves in prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through with an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Brush with glaze after 20 minutes of baking.
