Laphroaig Scotch Whisky Single Malt, 750 Millilitre, $72.99
Matured twice in American oak, Laphroaig Quarter Cask presents an irresistible doubling of flavor. Because the second maturation takes place in smaller, quarter-sized casks, the spirit has more contact with wood. This lends hints of coconut, banana and vanilla to the instantly recognizable Laphroaig flavor of smoky peat complemented by a surprising sweetness. It should be enjoyed alone, over ice or with a splash of water to fully pay tribute to the unique flavor. Laphroaig Quarter Cask begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels and, while still aging, is transferred to small quarter casks. Aging in smaller barrels revives an old tradition, paying tribute to the master distillers who have perfected the Laphroaig process over two centuries.

Laphroaig Scotch Whisky Single Malt, 750 Millilitre, $57.99
Experience the quintessential flavor of Laphroaig 10. Crafted to a generations-old method on the Scottish island of Islay, it’s the perfect introduction to peated whisky. This special edition is packaged in a twisted tube. A classic dram, this full-bodied single malt has a surprising sweetness which leads into a long, warming finish. Each sip brings complicated notes of smoke, seaweed, peat and a hint of salt – like a bracing fall day on Scotland's rugged coast. The rich flavour of this Laphroaig Scotch makes it a staple choice, ideal for novices and connoisseurs alike. It's best-served neat or poured over ice. Laphroaig 10 gets its distinctive taste from the natural features of Islay, the remote and rugged island off the West Coast of Scotland where the whisky is made. Local water is sourced from the legendary Kilbride Stream, and the malted barley is cold-smoked then dried over a fire fuelled by the unique Islay peat. This lends a distinctive flavour that speaks of the land where it was forged. It also has a one-of-a-kind distilling process, which has been developed and refined over the course of 200 years by a succession of passionate master distillers. One of whom was Ian Hunter, who laid down the process for Laphroaig 10 more than 75 years ago: and it remains unchanged to this day. Founded on Islay in 1815, the Laphroaig distillery has been creating truly unique Scotch whisky for over two centuries. Laphroaig 10 is the quintessential expression of the style, and is used as the foundation for other Laphroaig whiskies. Laphroaig 10 has won multiple awards, including a Gold medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It was also named in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible as 2019's Best Single Malt Scotch 10 Years & Under.

Highland Park Scotch Whisky, Single Malt, 750 Millilitre, $139.99
Estd 1798. Aged 18 years. A uniquely smooth and balanced single malt, with a toffee sweetness and a mouthwatering smoky finish. At Highland Park we insist on an uncompromising approach to whisky-making. We're one of only a handful of distilleries that slowly malts its barley on a stone floor. Turning it by hand and thereby delivering a more balanced flavour. Next, we smoke the barley over. Aromatic Peat, hand-cut Hobbister Moor to bring a unique fragrant heather character to the whisky. Then, the spirit is taken from the stills and carefully filled into. Sherry oak casks from Spain, these deliver priceless natural colour and a distinctive honey sweetness, perfectly complementing the aromatic peat. Next comes the hardest part, leaving it undisturbed to 18 or more years to mature in the consistently cool Orcadian air. When it's ready, we choose and combine our best cusks, then leave them to settle and Harmonise. The result is a uniquely smooth and balanced single malt, with a rich Toffee Sweetness and a long mouthwatering smoky finish. It's the kind of dram you long for when you've worked as hard as we have. Gently Smoky but surprisingly sweet. Is the perfect way to describe the uniqueness of Highland Park. The meeting between the aromatic peat of Orkney and the sweet sherry oak casks from Spain ensure this perfect balance is always achieved. Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, Blended Malt, The Original, Batch 27, 1.75 Litre, $54.99
Monkey Shoulder is a blend of Speyside single malt Scotch whiskies married together for flavor and consistency. The richness and vibrancy combine with fruity aromas and mellow vanilla, making it perfect for mixed drinks and cocktails. Monkey Shoulder casks are former bourbon casks, which add smooth vanilla flavors to this Scotch. It also has no grain whisky whatsoever anywhere in or even near the drink. It's barley all the way, folks. The name Monkey Shoulder might sound funny, but it has a history in whisky making. The maltmen who used to turn the barley would take long shifts, using their dominant arm significantly while working. At the end of the day, their shoulders would droop on one side, an ailment that became known as "Monkey Shoulder." Thankfully, the condition no longer exists, but the name lives on in our whisky. Monkey Shoulder is made for mixing and stands out most in mixed drinks, given its orange and vanilla flavors with a bit of spice. Refreshingly approachable, try it in easy-to-make cocktails like whisky and soda (“Monkey Splash”), whisky and ginger ale (“Ginger Monkey”), and the “Lazy Old Fashioned.” Check out for the recipes! Don't be a drunken monkey. Please drink responsibly.
