The cool, the creamy, and the sweet element of surprise

They say it’s what's on the inside that matters most, but when it comes to ice cream sandwiches, what you put on the outside matters a whole lot. Case in point: DIY ice cream sandwiches.

S’moresgåsbord

Summer doesn’t officially start until you’ve made your first s’more. So grab your sticks and get to it.

Up the ante with a buffet of chocolatey, peanut buttery, and ooey-gooey options and you’ll likely find yourself wondering, “why didn’t I think of this sooner?!” The classic Hershey’s bar-graham-cracker-marshmallow combo will never grow old, but wait until you see peoples’ faces light up when you give them an array of options. There’s something about seeing Kit Kats, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Rolos, and Hershey’s specialty bars all laid out that makes everyone feel like a kid again. And really, isn’t that what summer’s all about?

Desserts That Define Summer

Crisps, crumbles, cobblers, and more — summertime is sweetest with produce packed treats! Get the download (and the definition!) of these classic desserts below.

Blackberry-Peach Crisp

Word: Crisp | [ krisp ]

A streusel-like mixture of flour, sugar, butter and (most importantly) oats or nuts. It’s the crisping of the oats that lends this dessert its name.

Peach and Raspberry Cobbler

Word: Cobbler | [ kob-ler ]

At its simplest, a cobbler is fruit baked beneath sweet biscuits. Sometimes they’re neat, sometimes they’re artful shapes of fruity-biscuity goodness. Regardless, they’re always delicious.

Strawberry Crumble with Basil

World: Crumble | [ kruhm-buhl ]

Nearly a crisp, but not — this treat forgoes the oats! Sweeter than its cousin, the crisp, crumble is just as versatile.

Blueberry Pandowdy

Double-Berry White Chocolate Crunch

Plumcot Cinnamon Roll Monkey Breadf
