Ingredients
1 store-bought pizza crust
4 oz fresh mozzarella
2 oz shredded mozzarella
8-10 slices pepperoni
Fresh basil
Hot honey
1 14.5oz can Wild Harvest Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 large clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
Directions
  1. Add all pizza sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat oven to 500ËšF.
  3. Parbake pizza dough for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and spread on the pizza sauce. Add toppings (cheese and pepperoni) and return to the oven for 3-5 more minutes, until cheese is melty and lightly browned. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and a drizzle of hot honey.
