Laphroaig Scotch Whisky Single Malt, 750 Millilitre, $57.99
Experience the quintessential flavor of Laphroaig 10. Crafted to a generations-old method on the Scottish island of Islay, it’s the perfect introduction to peated whisky. This special edition is packaged in a twisted tube. A classic dram, this full-bodied single malt has a surprising sweetness which leads into a long, warming finish. Each sip brings complicated notes of smoke, seaweed, peat and a hint of salt – like a bracing fall day on Scotland's rugged coast. The rich flavour of this Laphroaig Scotch makes it a staple choice, ideal for novices and connoisseurs alike. It's best-served neat or poured over ice. Laphroaig 10 gets its distinctive taste from the natural features of Islay, the remote and rugged island off the West Coast of Scotland where the whisky is made. Local water is sourced from the legendary Kilbride Stream, and the malted barley is cold-smoked then dried over a fire fuelled by the unique Islay peat. This lends a distinctive flavour that speaks of the land where it was forged. It also has a one-of-a-kind distilling process, which has been developed and refined over the course of 200 years by a succession of passionate master distillers. One of whom was Ian Hunter, who laid down the process for Laphroaig 10 more than 75 years ago: and it remains unchanged to this day. Founded on Islay in 1815, the Laphroaig distillery has been creating truly unique Scotch whisky for over two centuries. Laphroaig 10 is the quintessential expression of the style, and is used as the foundation for other Laphroaig whiskies. Laphroaig 10 has won multiple awards, including a Gold medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It was also named in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible as 2019's Best Single Malt Scotch 10 Years & Under.

The Balvenie Scotch Whisky, Single Malt, Doublewood 12, 750 Millilitre, $69.99
The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation, it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt, whilst the traditional casks soften and adds character and the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavor. On the nose there is sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry, layered with honey and vanilla. Taste is a smooth mellow single malt of beautifully combined flavors – nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry, all encompassed in a long and warming finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a splash of water to expand the flavor. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Dufftown, Speyside, The Balvenie distillery has been handcrafting whisky for more than 130 years, notably the most handcrafted of single malts. Nowhere else can you find a distillery that grows its own barley, malts in its own traditional floor maltings and still employs a team of coopers to tend to the casks alongside a coppersmith to maintain the stills. With a team committed to ultimate craftsmanship, their dedicated characters pour their soul and obsession into every single bottle. This demonstrates that, whilst it takes skill to make something great, it takes true heart to make it extraordinary. And of course, Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie who presides over the all-important maturation process. Founded in 1892 by William Grant, The Balvenie Single Malt Scotch Whisky is produced by William Grant & Sons Ltd, an award-winning independent family-owned distiller and today run by his direct descendants. Each expression has a very individual taste, rich, luxuriously smooth and underpinned by the distinctively honeyed character of The Balvenie. Handcrafted to be enjoyed responsibly.

Tullibardine Scotch Whisky, Artisan, Highland Single Malt, 750 Millilitre, $26.99
Tullibardine distillery 1488. As a family owned, independent distillery, we believe in doing things the traditional way. A drop of pure highland gold. Handcrafted with passion. The history of Tullibardine for distilling and brewing is one of the oldest in Scotland. Located in Blackford, the gateway to the Highlands, it was here in 1488 that the young King James IV of Scotland stopped by on his return from his coronation, to purchase beer from the local brewery. This Is recorded as the first public purchase of beer. In 1947 the brewery was converted to a distillery. We have a plentiful supply of fresh spring water from the surrounding Ochil hills, which are also well known for the gold that was mined from them. The water which reaches the distillery has taken 15 years to reach the Danny Burn, which runs alongside the distillery. Tullibardine is a traditional working distillery. As one of the few remaining family owned distilleries, our small team of Artisan distillers, take enormous pride in handcrafting our single malt whisky.
