1 (14.5 oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
3 1/4 cups whole milk
1 Tbsp dried basil
1 (19 oz) package cheese tortellini
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- In large saucepan over medium heat, combine soup, tomatoes, milk, and basil; salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer. Add tortellini; simmer 5-10 minutes or until pasta floats, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan.
