Ingredients
14 oz frozen cooked chicken strips
4 slices mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (1lb) unsliced garlic bread loaf
1 cup Classico Cabernet Marinara Sauce with Herbs, heated
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place chicken strips on parchment-lined large, rimmed sheet pan. Bake 20–24 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, remove bread from packaging. Wrap in foil and place on another parchment lined large, rimmed sheet pan. Add to oven with chicken; bake 5–8 minutes, until warm. Remove from oven and unwrap.
  3. Split open garlic bread. On bottom half of loaf, shingle mozzarella slices. On top half of loaf, sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cut chicken strips in half horizontally. Place, cut side down, on top of mozzarella. Bake 4–6 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with warm marinara sauce. Top bottom half with basil, if desired. Close loaf and cut crosswise in 4 pieces. Serve with additional warmed marinara sauce, if desired.

TIP: Round out the meal with your favorite chips or a bagged Caesar salad.
