1 lb fresh plumcots, chopped
1/4 cup chopped organic green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 red jalapeno pepper seeded, chopped
Juice of half a lime
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl mix together 1 pound chopped plumcots, ¼ cup chopped green onions, ¼ chopped cilantro, 1 chopped and seeded red jalapeno, the juice of half a lime and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with fish, chicken, pork or chips.
