Our cabernet sauvignon vineyards are located in Paso Robles. Large temperature swings throughout the preserve the acidity and fruit in the wine, are common for this region. Cool evenings and warm days create a longer growing season, allowing grapes to ripen to perfection. Winemaking practices such as gentle pressing and small barrel aging create deeply concentrated and intensely flavored wines.
