Ingredients
1 box (19 oz) Gorton’s crunchy breaded fish fillets (10 count)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
2 medium Pink Lady apples, cut in matchsticks (2 cups)
1 cup tricolor coleslaw
1 package flour tortillas, heated
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
1 tsp Tajín seasoning
Directions
  1. Prepare fish fillets according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, and salt. Stir in apples and slaw mix. Let stand 5 minutes; drain and discard liquid.
  3. Fill tortillas with fish, apple slaw, avocado, and queso fresco. Sprinkle with Tajín.
