Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on September 17, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends on September 23, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.
5. How to Enter
One (1) sweepstakes will be conducted with ten (10) winners. To enter, fill out the Facebook contest entry form on the Cub College Grocery Delivery Sweepstakes Facebook ad. For each separate sweepstakes, limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Facebook account, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, email address, Facebook account, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Alternate Means of Entry
Entries may be received by mailing a postcard to Alorica, Attention: Emily Jaquins, 157 S. Howard Street, Suite 104, Spokane, WA 99201, including your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, valid email address, and Cub College Grocery Delivery Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) business days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or postage due mail or entries.
7. Prize Drawings
For each individual sweepstakes drawing, on or about October 1, 2018 the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that drawing. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Facebook message, telephone or email on or about October 1, 2018. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email, mail, Facebook message, or phone. Each potential Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim his/her prize. Winner must also show proof of current student ID or have a current .edu email address in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance, proof of current student ID or current .edu email address within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Minnesota.
