APPLE PEAR CRUNCH SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium apples shredded
  • 1 medium pear shredded
  • 3 cups low fat granola with raisins & almonds
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 packets stevia sweetener

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
