ANTIPASTO SALAD

Serves : 10 (1/2 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 8 ounce container fresh ciliegine mozzarella cheese (8 ounce) drained
  • 1 7 ounce stick Genoa salami (7 ounce) cubed
  • 1 6.5 ounce jar quartered & marinated artichoke hearts (6.5 ounce) undrained
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss to coat with artichoke marinade. Salt and pepper to taste.
