- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 packets no calorie sweetener with sucralose
- 1 15 ounce can black beans (15 ounce) rinsed and drained
- 2 cups diced tomatoes drained
- 1 large orange peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- - tortilla chips
In large bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, cilantro and Sucralose; stir to dissolve.
Add black beans, tomatoes, oranges and peppers; toss to coat.
Serve with tortilla chips.
