CITRUS SALSA

Serves : 3 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 packets no calorie sweetener with sucralose
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans (15 ounce) rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 large orange peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • - tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, cilantro and Sucralose; stir to dissolve.

Add black beans, tomatoes, oranges and peppers; toss to coat.

Serve with tortilla chips.
