BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA II
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded original rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce
- 1 8 ounce package original Naan (8 ounce)
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are golden brown (about 4-5 minutes). Add in chicken and barbecue sauce; heat through.
Place Naan on baking sheet. Spread chicken mixture over crust. Top with cheese.
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
