BAKED NACHOS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 6.06 ounce package Cheddar cheese rice snacks (6.06 ounce)
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans (15 ounce) rinsed and drained
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles (14.5 ounce) drained
  • 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles (4 ounce) drained
  • 2 cups fancy shredded reduced fat Mexican style four cheese blend

DIRECTIONS

Place rice snacks in a single layer on medium baking sheet.

Top with beans, tomatoes, chiles and cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until cheese is melted (about 5-7 minutes).
