COVID-19 Vaccines and Services

Cub Pharmacy is currently administering vaccinations to Minnesotans 12 years and older. To receive a vaccination, schedule an appointment online or visit our pharmacy counter in-store. All patients will be required to fill out a COVID-19 vaccination consent form prior to their vaccination (this form will be provided to you at the start of your appointment). Scheduling an appointment is highly recommended as walk-in appointments are limited at this time.

  •

Schedule a Moderna or Pfizer Vaccine

Moderna has been approved for patients 18+ and Pfizer has been approved by the FDA and CDC for patients 12+. You will have the option of selecting either Pfizer or Moderna one inside the scheduling tool. If you are scheduling an appointment for a patient ages 12-17, or you are scheduling a Pfizer booster vaccination, select the Pfizer option in the upper left-hand corner.

  •

Schedule a Johnson & Johnson Vaccine

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine has been approved for patients ages 18+ years. To schedule an appointment to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, use this scheduling tool.

Now Administering Pfizer Booster Shots

Cub Pharmacy is now administering the CDC's recommended booster vaccine to eligible patients. The booster shot will help strengthen protection against severe disease in those who are at high-risk for exposure to COVID-19 or the complications from severe disease. Booster vaccinations must be administered at least 6 months after receiving your last shot of the Pfizer vaccine.

Who Qualifies to Receive the Pfizer Booster?

Only patients who received the Pfizer vaccination for their initial immunization are eligible to receive the Pfizer booster shot.

  • People 65 years and older and residents in long-term care settings

  • People aged 18–64 years with underlying medical conditions

  • People aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting, based on their individual benefits and risks

If this applies to you, please schedule an appointment. You will be asked to attest to meeting the criteria when you arrive for your additional dose.

What If I Don't Qualify?

Booster doses for other fully vaccinated patients are not recommended at this time. We expect COVID-19 vaccine booster doses for those who received Moderna or Johnson & Johnson as their initial dose to be authorized and offered later this fall after a thorough review of the currently available evidence. Check back often for updates!
