Free Diabetes Risk Assessments
Cub Pharmacy and Higi are partnering to make it easier for you to know your risk for type 2 diabetes. Now, at the Higi Health Station, you can take the Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test, powered by the American Diabetes Association®. In less than two minutes, you can take the test and learn your risk for type 2 diabetes. All you need to do is:- Visit your local Higi Health Station at your neighborhood Cub Pharmacy
- Select the "Know Your Risk for Diabetes" program
- Take a weight test and answer a few simple questions
- Enter your email address to get your results and learn next steps

Healthy Store Tours
Our program begins with health tips from your Pharmacist, followed by a 90-minute guided walking tour of the store, led by a Registered Dietitian and your Pharmacist. Living Healthy with Diabetes Classes
Our classes cover everything from A to Z about diabetes, including goal setting, blood sugar testing and medication management. The class will be followed by two one-on-one sessions with one of our clinical pharmacists for all attendees. During these visits, the pharmacist will work with you to support your health goals.
