  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
  • 1 (16 ounce) package naturally hardwood smoked bacon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs


Preheat oven to 425 F.

Spray a Bundt pan, springform pan or cake pan with cooking spray.

Prepare bacon according to package directions. Crumble or cut into pieces.

In a large bowl, toss potato rounds, bacon, cheese and eggs. Blend well to evenly coat potato rounds with eggs.

Firmly press potato round/egg mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set and pie is firm to the touch.

Remove from oven, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Remove bacon cheddar tot pie from pan and slice or pull-apart to enjoy!
